6. Buyer Responsibilities

Buyers using Turendo Global agree to:

  • Provide accurate and truthful information regarding their company and sourcing requirements;

  • Clearly define product specifications, quality standards, compliance requirements, and delivery expectations;

  • Negotiate commercial and contractual terms directly with suppliers, unless Turendo Global is formally engaged in writing to support these steps;

  • Arrange inspections, testing, or third-party verification where required;

  • Ensure compliance with all applicable import, customs, tax, and regulatory obligations in their jurisdiction.

7. Fees and Commercial Arrangements

In certain cases, Turendo Global may charge fees to buyers and/or suppliers for sourcing support, introductions, project coordination, or other professional services. Any applicable fees will be defined separately in writing or in a service agreement. Use of the website alone does not create an obligation to pay fees unless expressly stated.

8. Limitations of Liability
