These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of Turendo Global’s website, platform and related services. By accessing or using this website, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. About Turendo Global

Turendo Global is a trade–enablement and sourcing support platform that connects international buyers with vetted Turkish manufacturers. The platform facilitates introductions, information exchange and structured communication between buyers and suppliers. Turendo Global is not a manufacturer and does not own or operate the factories listed or introduced through the platform.

2. Definitions

“Turendo Global” refers to the business operating this website and platform.

“Buyer” refers to any company or individual using Turendo Global to search for, assess or communicate with manufacturers or suppliers.

“Supplier” or “Manufacturer” refers to any company providing goods or production services that is listed on, or introduced through, Turendo Global.

“Platform” refers to this website and any related digital tools, forms or communication channels operated by Turendo Global.

3. Use of the Website and Platform

Users may browse general information, submit enquiries, request introductions and communicate with Turendo Global for sourcing–related purposes. You agree to use the platform only for lawful, legitimate business purposes and not to:
  • Misrepresent your identity, company, role or purchasing intent;
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems, data or accounts;
  • Interfere with or disrupt the normal operation of the website or platform;
  • Copy, scrape or reuse content and data in a way that harms Turendo Global or third parties.

4. Nature of Services and Role of Turendo Global

Turendo Global provides information, supplier introductions and sourcing support. Unless expressly agreed in a separate written agreement, Turendo Global does not act as:
  • The legal representative of any buyer or supplier;
  • The contracting party in sales or purchase agreements;
  • The producer, exporter, importer or logistics provider of any goods.
Any commercial agreement, purchase order, contract or payment arrangement is made directly between buyer and supplier. Turendo Global is not a party to these arrangements unless explicitly stated in writing.

5. Supplier Information and Verification

Supplier profiles and descriptions are based on information provided by the suppliers themselves and on reasonable checks performed by Turendo Global. While efforts are made to review and validate key details, no guarantee is given regarding:
  • Production capacity, lead times or delivery performance;
  • Financial stability or solvency;
  • Compliance with all laws, regulations and certifications in every jurisdiction;
  • The suitability of a supplier for a specific buyer, product or project.
Buyers remain responsible for carrying out their own due diligence, technical validation, quality control and risk assessment before entering into any binding agreement.

6. Buyer Responsibilities

Buyers using Turendo Global agree to:
  • Provide accurate and honest information about their company, requirements and purchasing intent;
  • Clarify product specifications, quality standards, compliance requirements and delivery expectations;
  • Negotiate commercial and contractual terms directly with suppliers, unless Turendo Global is formally engaged to support these steps;
  • Arrange inspections, testing and independent verification where necessary;
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable import, customs, tax and regulatory requirements in their own jurisdiction.

7. Fees and Commercial Arrangements

In certain cases, Turendo Global may charge fees to buyers and/or suppliers for sourcing support, introductions, project work or other professional services. The applicable fee structure, if any, will be defined separately in writing or in a service agreement. Unless specifically stated, the use of the website alone does not create any obligation to pay fees.

8. Limitations of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Turendo Global is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or special loss or damage arising from or in connection with:
  • Decisions made by buyers or suppliers based on information from the platform;
  • Any contract, transaction, delay, non–performance, quality issue or dispute between buyers and suppliers;
  • Interruptions, errors or unavailability of the website or platform.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation would be unlawful.

9. Privacy and Data

Turendo Global collects and uses limited personal and business information in order to operate the platform and respond to enquiries. Details on how data is collected, used and protected are set out in a separate Privacy Policy available on this website. By using the platform, you consent to such processing in line with the Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to These Terms

Turendo Global may update or revise these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be published on this page. Continued use of the website and platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law and Contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Turendo Global is legally registered, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall, where possible, be resolved amicably in the first instance.
